    • Let the rice steam on low heat for about 10-15 minutes until it is fully cooked and tender.
  4. Serving:

    • After the rice is cooked, fluff it gently with a fork to separate the grains.
    • Serve the hot rice with curry, lentils, or any dish of your choice.

This is a basic and easy method to cook rice. You can enhance the flavor by adding spices like cumin seeds, cloves, or cinnamon while cooking.

چاول بنانے کا طریقہ آسان ہے اور ذائقے دار چاول بنانے کے لیے چند بنیادی مراحل پر عمل کرنا ضروری ہے۔ یہاں چاول پکانے کا ایک عام طریقہ دیا گیا ہے:

اجزاء:

  • چاول: 1 کپ
  • پانی: 2 کپ
  • نمک: حسب ذائقہ
  • تیل یا گھی: 1 کھانے کا چمچ

طریقہ:

  1. چاول بھگونا:

    • سب سے پہلے چاولوں کو اچھی طرح دھو کر 30 منٹ کے لیے پانی میں بھگو دیں۔ یہ چاولوں کو نرم کرنے اور پکنے میں آسانی کے لیے کیا جاتا ہے۔
  2. چاول پکانا:

    • ایک درمیانے سائز کا برتن لیں اور اس میں 2 کپ پانی ڈالیں۔
    • پانی میں نمک اور تیل یا گھی ڈال کر اُبالنے دیں۔
    • جب پانی اُبلنے لگے تو بھگوئے ہوئے چاول ڈال دیں اور چمچ سے ہلائیں تاکہ چاول چپک نہ جائیں۔
  3. پکانا:

    • چاولوں کو درمیانی آنچ پر پکنے دیں جب تک کہ پانی چاولوں کے سطح تک نہ آجائے۔
    • جب پانی خشک ہو جائے اور چاول تقریباً پک جائیں، تو آنچ دھیمی کر دیں اور برتن کو ڈھک دیں۔
    • چاولوں کو 10-15 منٹ کے لیے دم پر رکھیں تاکہ وہ مکمل طور پر گل جائیں اور نرم ہو جائیں۔
  4. پیش کرنا:

    • جب چاول پک جائیں، تو ان کو کانٹے کی مدد سے ہلکا سا ہلا لیں تاکہ چاول الگ الگ ہو جائیں۔
    • گرم گرم چاولوں کو سالن یا دال کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔

یہ ایک سادہ اور آسان طریقہ ہے چاول پکانے کا۔ آپ چاہیں تو اس میں کچھ مصالحے جیسے زیرہ، لونگ، یا دار چینی ڈال کر ذائقے میں مزید اضافہ کر سکتے ہیں۔

One Cup Of White Gram
Tamarind Paste Four Tablespoons
A Cup Of Water
Oil Two Tablespoons
(Under Half Teaspoon (Proven)
An Onion (Finely Chopped)
Garlic Gambling Double Digits
One Inch Of Ginger
Green Chilli (Two Numbers)
(Kashmiri Red Pepper Is Double-digit)
(Under A Teaspoon (Crushed)
(A Teaspoon Of Coriander Powder)
One-quarter Teaspoon Of Turmeric
Salt Custom Taste
(Tomato 200 Grams (Sliced)
Heat Spice Powder Half A Teaspoon
Curry Leaves Eight Digits
One Teaspoon Of Sugar
For Garnishing The Crust
(Green For Garnishing (Cut Off)
To Garnish The Onions
Green Chilli For Garnishing


  •  Tarkeeb Ajzaa.



Put Tamarind Paste In Water And Boil For Fifteen Minutes Until Half A Cup Of Water Is Left.

Heat The Oil During A Pan, Add The Curry Leaves, Kashmiri Red Chillies And Cumin And Fry For 2 Minutes.

Then Add The Onion, Garlic And Ginger And Fry For An Additional Two Minutes.

Add Green Chilli And Fry For A Short Time .

Then Add The Coriander, Parsley, Turmeric Powder And Salt And Fry For 3 To Four Minutes.

Then Add The Tomatoes And Cook Until A Boil Comes Out.

Now Add The Gram, All The Spice Powder, Tamarind Water And Sugar.

Then Cover And Let It Simmer For Five To Seven Minutes.

Remove The Dish .

Then Garnish With Papaya, Coriander, Onion And Green Chillies.
