1. Zaroorat se zyada Garam Pani ka istemal na karein
Sardiyon mein garam pani se nahana acha lagta hai, lekin zyada garam pani skin ke natural oils ko khatam kar deta hai. Koshish karein ke taza ya halka neem-garam (lukewarm) pani istemal karein taaki skin ki nami barkarar rahe.
2. Moisturizer lagane ka sahi waqt
Skin ko phatne se bachane ke liye moisturizer ka istemal lazmi hai. Iska sabse behtareen waqt nahane ke foran baad hai, jab skin halki nam hoti hai. Is se moisturizer skin ke andar tak jazb ho jata hai.
3. Coconut Oil (Naryal ka Tail) ka istemal
Raat ko sone se pehle apne chehre aur hathon par thoda sa organic coconut oil lagayein. Ye ek natural moisturizer hai jo skin ko ander se repair karta hai aur khushki door karta hai.
4. Pani ki Kami na hone dein
